- Total of 5 virtual or in-person visits with the Heart Stone team:
- 1x 90 min intake visit to review health history and make initial diet, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations with practitioner
- 1x 30 min follow-up visit with practitioner
- 1x 60 min Review of Findings with lab results with practitioner
- Heart Stone Kit specialized functional blood work for assessing metabolic health
- 2x 30 min visits with wellness coach
- Private patient portal to access patient notes and lab results (coming soon!)
- Private messaging through patient portal (coming soon!)
- Payments can be split into 2 separate payments

If you love working one-on-one with our wellness and consciousness coach Henry, then the Consciousness Membership was made for you. Henry is available to provide lifestyle, habits, and business coaching to all of our clients at Heart Stone.
- Meet with Henry for 30 min weekly to work on expanding your health mindset and moving into alignment with your goals

If you would like to book an additional visit outside your Membership subscription or you want to book a one-time visit for yourself or a family member, check out our options below:
